Frequently Asked Questions
How to decide on a size:
Go to the Size Chart link listed
on each clothing page. All sizes are measured in inches. For tops, you’ll need the bust, waist and length size. For skirts, you’ll need the waist
and hip size.
How to measure yourself:
Start by wearing lightweight garments
or underwear. Then: (Be sure to take each measurement twice, just to make sure.) Bust:
Take your measuring tape and pull it around you to the front. Find the fullest part of your chest. Pull
the tape to just touch comfortably. Put your fingernail where it touches and write down the measurement. Waist:
Find
the smallest part of your torso, which is about the middle of your figure. If you are measuring for a skirt, choose the spot
where you like to have your skirt hang from. Some people like a high waistline which is above the belly button. Some people
like a waistline below the belly button and some like it right at the hip bone. Pull the tape around you (at
the spot you've chosen) to just touch comfortably. Put your fingernail where it touches and write down the measurement.
Hips:
Measure
around the widest part of your lower body – usually that means the widest part of your thigh, especially for women.
If you’re a guy or a woman with more of a “boyish” fiture, then measure from around the widest part of your
butt. If you’re unsure of where that is, try measuring in a few places where you think you are your widest and use the
biggest measurement. The Mona Lucero line is cut generously around the hips - which is why they're so popular in our store.
If you have a more boyish figure, give us both your waist and hip measurements and we can alter the hip to fit you. Alterations
on skirts are $20.00.
T-shirts Women's:
We use American Apparel shirts
as a base for our Fuzzy T's. American Apparel women's shirts fit about one size smaller than most lines so please
keep that in mind. T-shirt Mens: We use American Apparel shirts as a base for our Fuzzy T's.
American Apparel's t-shirts normally
are a little more fitted than most t-shirts. Measure your chest and waist but keep in mind that if you have a little bit of
a "middle", you might want to go one size larger.

T-shirt Kids:
We use American Apparel shirts as a base for our Fuzzy T's. Usually people order with number corresponding with age. If the kid is 2 years
old, then normally you would order a 2. If they're in the upper percentile of size, then you might go to a 4. They'll
grow into it!

Skirts:
Measure your waist where you
want the skirt to hit and largest width of your hips. Some people like skirts to hit higher at their natural waistline (which
is where your waist dips in - the smallest point) and some people like it to hit below their belly button. Choose the spot
you like to wear things and measure. Then for your hips, choose the widest spot - usually 7" to 9" below your natural
waist. Next,
compare your measurements to the ones listed on the chart. If you need help figuring anything out, feel free to call or e-mail.
Please take your actual measurement in
inches. Using a size that you've worn before doesn't necessarily help - sizes can vary greatly depending on the manufacturer.

Custom orders?
Anything from the Mona Lucero line is available for custom order. We also have other styles in the shop that we can
photograph and send to your e-mail address. In order to do custom order, we require full payment up front. You can have it
in many fabrics that we have in stock - just ask what we currently have - or if you want to send us a swatch of what
you have, we can let you know if it will work in our designs. We'll give you a quote and stick with it unless you significantly
change the design during the process. For designs that are already pre-existing such as an a-line skirt, take the typical
price listed on the site and add 25% to estimate approximately how much it would normally be. Fabric and trim costs are not

Shipping:
We do all shipments via UPS Ground or UPS 3-day. UPS does
not shop to P.O. Boxes. We aren't responsible for any additional charges that may occur to you, independently, with UPS.
Shipping charges are calculated automatically when you place an order online or over the phone.
All orders will be calculated via Pay Pal, including shipping. This is how your shipping will be calculated via Pay Pal: The shipping rate for the most expensive item will apply to the entire order. For example,
keeping the shipping rates in the table below in mind, you will be charged one shipping rate that coincides with the highest-priced
item, for the entire shipment (including tax). In other words, if you order an item for less than $25.00, the shipping cost
will be $11.95. If you order another item for $75.00, then the total shipping cost would be $18.95. They are not added together.

When
can I expect my order? All orders
ship within 1 to 5 business days. If you have an extreme fashion emergency and must have it immediately if not sooner, please
e-mail us. We will answer you promptly.
Do you ship internationally? Currently we only ship to destinations in the US.
What is your return/exchange policy? For return requests, we must be informed within 7 days of order
arrival date. You can e-mail or call us at:
All
returns must be mailed within 21 days of order arrival date. Returns received after 21 days of order arrival are issued a
credit which you can use here online or in the store. Pre-packaged items, such as the Feng Shui Kitties, must include original
packaging. Sale items are issued an exchange or online/store credit only.
Shipping/handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable. Gift wrap
is non-refundable. Exchange requests can be made for the same item in a different size or color and will be fulfilled according
to availability. If the size is not available, you will be given a choice to either be refunded or given an online/store credit.
For multiple item returns totaling $200 or more, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount or a store
credit will be issued for the full amount. You can select your return option by replying to our e-mail that will let you know
about availability of your exchange request.
In
your return package, please include a copy of your receipt with the return and/or exchange request approval number that we
will give to you (upon approval of the return or exchange) when you e-mail or call. Send to:

We recommend shipping via insured/certified mail or UPS/FedEx Ground service, so you have a record of the return.
We will only accept goods returned in new/perfect condition, so take care in handling the items.

What
methods of payment do you accept? We accept these major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We don't accept checks.
How can I track my order? Once your package has left our warehouse you
will receive an email from UPS (Quantum View Notify) with your tracking number. You can track your order using this number
at the UPS online store. If for some reason you do not receive the UPS
ship confirmation email within 24 hours - it's sometimes blocked as spam by some email service providers - you can track
your package using the order number. Enter "FF" and your six-digit order number (example: FF123456) in the "reference
number" field here and UPS will show your package's progress.If, after tracking
your package at UPS, you still require assistance, please feel free to email us at DevotedtoService@DevotiontoStyle.com
with any questions regarding your order.
Why didn’t I receive my shipping notification? Shipping notifications can take up to one business day from the
time of your order. Sometimes emails are blocked as spam by some email service providers. If your email system uses a filter
or spam blocker, please add DevotedtoService@DevotiontoStyle.com and auto-notify@ups.com to your address book to ensure you receive emails about your order status.

a secure website? Shopping on our site is safe and secure. All transactions are securely hosted by Pay Pal.
Can I place a wholesale order?
For custom orders, you will be charged once you place the order. We will keep in
touch with you as the order progresses and notify you via e-mail when we ship. If you have any questions,

Do you gift wrap? Yes. We charge
$7.00 per item for this service. It's very cute and unique (like you, no?). Go to the Gift Cards page to see what our
wrap looks like.
What
if I see a charge on my credit card that I don’t recognize? If you see a charge on your bill that you don’t recognize, please contact us at DevotedtoService@DevotiontoStyle.com or call (303) 458-0090 from 12 pm to 6:00 pm MST T-SAT. We can check on the charge, and together we can decide if you need
to contact your credit company. It’s always a good idea to contact us first because we can make any adjustments or credits
to your card faster and with less hassle than your credit card company can.
Your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We only ship withing the US and its territories.
We currently do not ship to other countries.
Shipping mishaps: 1.
In the event that we make a mistake and ship merchandise to the wrong address or ship the wrong merchandise to the right address,
then we will happily re-ship.
2. If a package is shipped to an incorrectly provided address or a non-deliverable
address, then you are responsible for the cost of a re-ship. Packages that are refused by the receiver and returned to us
will not receive a refund until we are contacted and instructed how to proceed with the order.
Payment Methods If you are interested in purchasing anything on this site, you may do so
by adding the item to your shopping cart. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express for online orders. You
may also call 1-800-555-1212 to make an order over the phone. If you use a credit card, your order will ship immediately.
If you pay by personal check, your order will ship 5 business days after we receive your check.
Privacy Policy
Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely
for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including
credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.
